If you witness a forest fire, please call NLG Front Receptionist and list the location, size, rate of spread, fuel, and color of the smoke and flames.

If you require an ambulance, please call Gitwinksihlkw First Responders.
If you require Search and Rescue, please call the RCMP:

  • RCMP will contact Terrace Search and Rescue Team
  • RCMP will also notify Emergency Response Services at the Nisg̱a’a Lisims Government.

If there is any other type of emergency event, such as an earthquake, flooding, mudslide, environmental spill, tsunami, please contact our Emergency Response Services at NLG:
